The QSW-4530 series managed Gigabit L3 switch is designed specifically for telecom operators and MAN networks.

Enhanced security
The QSW-4530 series switches support an extensive set of tools to ensure network security:
- BPDU Guard and Root Guard to prevent loops in the topology and unauthorized access to the network;
- support for ACLs used to restrict access to network resources by rejecting and filtering packets in accordance with specified policies;
- using DHCP Snooping to prevent DHCP attacks and the use of fake DHCP servers by setting trust and untrust ports;
- support for L3 security features such as Dynamic ARP inspection, Port security and other ARP and MAC security features to protect the network.
High reliability

VLAN Features
- Support for the 802.1Q standard and creation of port-based VLANs, MAC-based VLANs, Voice VLANs and Protocol VLANs.

- Support for the MVR (Multicast VLAN Register) protocol, which allows selective transmission of multicast traffic between different VLANs to improve network throughput and security.
