New product from QTECH: powerful online UPS

QTECH develops the line of online UPS and introduces new uninterruptible power supplies of the OLX SKY series with a capacity of 6 and 10 kVA. The QPS-OLX-RT-6-3U-SK31 and QPS-OLX-RT-10-3U-SK31 models are designed to guarantee the continuous operation of server, telecommunications, network and industrial equipment in conditions of unstable power supply voltage or its emergency shutdown.

The dual conversion technology of the UPS provides zero transition time to power supply from batteries. Uninterruptible power supplies are characterized by a compact size – 2U in height. The use of a universal form factor makes it possible to install the UPS horizontally in a cabinet/rack or vertically as a tower.

Long battery life is provided by connecting QPS-BC-RM-9Ah-240SK31 battery modules with twenty 9 ampere/hour batteries (up to 4 pieces). To support the required period of autonomy, you can connect free-standing high-capacity batteries. Due to the flexible configuration, it is possible to connect 16, 18 or 20 batteries.

An increase in the service life of the batteries is achieved thanks to an intelligent multi-stage charging mode:

1. Charge up to 90% with direct current.
2. Charge with a constant voltage up to 100%.
3. Floating charging, which allows you to compensate for the self-discharge of the battery during operation.

The main parameters of the UPS:

• input voltage range – 208-478 volts;
• the frequency is 40-70 hertz;
• the output signal form is a pure sine wave;
• slot for expansion modules – 1 SNMP;
• surge and surge protection – switching to bypass at <110% after 60 minutes, at < 125% after 10 minutes, < 150% after 1 minute; >150% immediately;
• Efficiency in battery operation mode - >93.5%;
• the output power factor is 1;
• charge current-up to 10 amps;
• battery charging time-up to 8 hours (90% of capacity);
• Operating temperature-0°C~+40°C;
• the noise level is < 55 dB at a distance of 1 meter.
