New QTECH indoor access points: QWP-84 and QWP-88

QTECH introduces new high-performance access points for indoor use. Both models work with advanced Wi-Fi 6 technology and support the 802.11ax standard. This is the optimal solution for carrier-managed Wi-Fi networks that require increased performance and high quality information traffic.

Features of the models:

QWP-84 – is based on the high-performance Qualcomm IPQ6000 chipset with support for 2x2 DL / UL MU-MIMO. The maximum speed reaches 1800 Mbps (600 Mbps at 2.4 GHz, 1200 Mbps at 5 GHz). The built-in omnidirectional antennas have a gain of 3 dBi.

QWP-88 - features a more powerful Qualcomm IPQ8072A + QCN5054 + QCN5024 chipset with 4x4 DL / UL MU-MIMO support. The equipment has a higher total bandwidth of 3657 Mbps (1182 Mbps at 2.4 GHz and 2475 Mbps at 5 GHz). In addition, the built-in omnidirectional antennas provide a higher RF signal gain of 4 dBi.

The access point enclosures are made of high-strength, non-flammable plastic. Supplied with mounts that allow you to mount the devices on a ceiling or wall surface.

The main characteristics of the equipment:

• two transceivers operating in the 2.4 and 5 GHz range;
• remote power supply via twisted-pair network cable (PoE + IEEE 802.3at 48V);
• option of power supply from an external power supply unit for voltage 24/48 V;
• up to 4 extended sets of ESSIDs per transceiver in accordance with 802.1Q for VLANs;
• operating modes - AP, Gateway;
• management - WEB;
• 10/100/1000BASE-T ports (LAN, WAN);
• channel width – 20/40/80 MHz;
• network protocols - IPv4, VLAN, NTP;
• hidden SSID support;
• memory - 1 GB RAM + 128 MB;
• operating temperature range - from –20 ° C to + 45 ° C;
• permissible humidity - 95% (non-condensing)
