One of our products is telecommunication cabinets and racks for mounting active and passive equipment, developed and manufactured in Russia. The product line includes floor-standing, wall-mounted and anti-vandal cabinets designed for loads from 60 to 1500 kg, depending on the series.
For anti-vandal and telecommunication cabinets of the Optimum series, examination certificates (ST-1) have been received.
Server Series Floor Standing Cabinets
Designed to accommodate servers, heavy telecommunications equipment, backup power supplies and other similar equipment.
Standard sizes:
○ height: 22/27/32/37/42/45/47 U;○ width: 600/800 mm;
○ depth: 600/800/1000/1200 mm.
Protection class IP20.
Cabinet perforation up to 82%.
Maximum load - 1500 kg.
Additional flexural and torsional strength is ensured by the installation of transverse mounting profiles. Perforated profiles allow organizing internal cable routes. It is possible to smoothly adjust the position of the mounting profiles in depth.
Coating with dielectric epoxy-polyester composite (gray RAL7035 or black RAL9005) prevents the risk of accidental short circuits on the cabinet surface.
The side stacking function of the cabinets allows the organization of cold / hot aisles. Docking of adjacent cabinets is performed using special body connectors.
Access restriction is solved by using locks on removable panels. Front and rear doors are equipped with rotary handle locks.
The basic package includes reinforced castors and adjustable feet.
The delivery of disassembled cabinets with final assembly on site is optimal for rooms with a small area or with difficult access. This significantly reduces transport costs and makes it easier to carry the kit inside the building.
Floor standing cabinets RECQF1
Designed for installation of telecommunication, server, crossover and other equipment of 19 "standard. Basic degree of protection against dust and moisture IP20.
Dimensions:
○ width: 600/800 mm;
○ depth: 600/800/1000/1200 mm.
The cabinets can be installed both in office and technical premises. It is possible to order doors in glass, perforated or metal design. Perforation up to 80% provides excellent ventilation. Front and rear doors are equipped with rotary handle locks. The side panels are secured with two side latches and a turnkey lock.
The top and bottom panels have easy-to-remove plugs for installing panels for entering cables and fan modules. Cable entry / exit is possible through openings in the top and bottom panels. The S-shape (section) of the 19 "profiles increases the load capacity of the cabinet.
When placing heavy equipment, the cabinet can be installed on a plinth. For row connection of cabinets, you need to purchase additional fasteners. The new roof structure greatly simplifies the installation of fans and the subsequent modular expansion of the cooling system. The QS-MVP universal fan modules, sold separately, fit all models in the series.
The case is covered with custom powder paint in grey (RAL7035) or black (RAL9005). The package includes adjustable legs and rollers for moving. Delivery is carried out in disassembled form inside a flat cardboard package.
Optimum floor-standing cabinets (CT-1)
Used for mounting 19 "telecommunications, server and crossover equipment.
Dimensions:
○ width: 600/800 mm;
○ depth: 600/800/1000 mm.
The S-shaped section of the profiles ensures a high load capacity of the cabinets. Maximum load - up to 600 kg, allows the installation of heavy equipment in the cabinet, including UPS batteries. Protection degree IP20.
The main feature of the Optimum range is the best value for money. You can order doors in different versions: all-metal, with glass in a steel frame, perforated, double-leaf metal, double-leaf perforated.
If it is necessary to service the installed equipment, convenient access is possible through the rear and front doors, as well as from the sides, thanks to the dismantling of easily removable panels. Cable entry / exit is possible through openings in the top and bottom panels.
Delivery is disassembled. The basic equipment includes leveling feet and a brush cable gland.
Optimum two-section wall cabinets
The design of the cabinets in this line is the optimal compromise between load capacity and ease of access. The best accessibility is provided by three-section cabinets. But the suspension of the central section on hinges reduces the load capacity of the structure. Therefore, to accommodate heavy equipment, it is better to choose cabinets from two sections.
Dimensions:
○ width: 600 mm;
○ depth: 350/450/600 mm.
The main power frame provides high strength. Side panels are easily removable for easy maintenance.
The products comply with the requirements of GOST 28601.2.
Climatic modification - UHL 4.2 in accordance with GOST 15150.
The cabinets are designed for closed rooms with a temperature of + 5 ° C - + 40 ° C and a relative humidity of 80%.
Protection degree - IP20 in accordance with GOST 14254.
Additionally, the following can be installed:
○ horizontal organizers;
○ socket strips.
Optimum three-section wall cabinets
A special series of wall cabinets with IP55 protection class solves the problem of keeping equipment from a difficult environment: high dust, vibration, mechanical stress, corrosive liquids, corrosion ...
Dimensions:
○ width: 600 mm;
○ depth: 547 mm.
Cabinets consist of three sections:
○ first - a door with a lock and a system of sealing contours;○ second (central) - main installation space with 19 ”profiles;
○ the third (hinged) - is used for mounting the cabinet on the wall, cable entry, installation of electrical equipment.
The door of the first section with a foam rubber seal around the perimeter provides increased tightness. Execution options: all-metal, tinted impact-resistant glass. Equipped with a point lock as standard.
The second part consists of side walls, cross rails, two 19 ”mounting profiles, base and ceiling fixed to them. The mounting profiles are infinitely adjustable in depth. On the side walls, if necessary, openings are made for installing fans with protective filters.
The third section provides access to the rear side of the installed equipment. The intersectional joint is securely sealed. There are holes for cable entries, and on the back wall there is a panel for installing electrical equipment.
The cabinets are delivered assembled.
Anti-vandal cabinets (CT-1)
They are distinguished by an increased level of protection of telecommunications, electrical, crossover and other equipment from third-party penetration.
Dimensions:
○ width: 600 mm;
○ depth: 450/600 mm.
The maximum load capacity is up to 60 kg.
Features: high resistance to burglary, reasonable prices with the best workmanship. Robust all-metal doors are equipped with a three-point or one-point lever lock. Cable glands are made by stamping in the top and bottom walls of the cabinet. The cabinets are delivered assembled.
