The line of external access points has replenished with a novelty
QTECH's new developments include the QWO-820, a high-performance outdoor access point designed for outdoor use at -40°C~+70°C. In this regard, the housing of the device provides an IP67 degree of protection against external influences and options for mounting on a wall or pipe rack are provided for it. The point also has a built-in surge protection board.
The QWO-820 802.11ax access point is equipped with Mediatek's high performance chipset supporting 2×2 DL/UL-MIMO. At the same time, the maximum data exchange rate in two bands is 1800 Mbps, that is, 600 Mbps at a frequency of 2.4 GHz and 1200 Mbps at a frequency of 5 GHz, respectively. For data transmission, there are 4 built-in antennas with a gain of 3 dBi in the 2.4 GHz band and 5 dBi in the 5 GHz band. The access point is powered via a twisted-pair Ethernet 802.3at standard using PoE+ technology (the injector is supplied separately).
External access point QWO-820 has the following features:
- simultaneous operation in the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands with data transfer rates up to 1800 Mbps;
- extended set of ESSID identification services for each transceiver according to 802.1Q for VLANs (8 in each band - 16 in total);
- support for network protocols IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, DHCP client, option 43, ACLs, auto-negotiation of speed, duplex mode and switching between MDI and MDI-X modes SNMPv2, LLDP, NTP, Syslog.
