New QTECH climate cabinets

One of the main directions of QTECH's production activity is the development and production of telecommunication cabinets and racks for the installation of active and passive equipment. The entire model range offered to customers is developed and manufactured in Russia.
The product line includes floor, wall, vandal-proof cabinets and racks of various sizes for all types of user equipment weighing up to 1500 kilograms.
We present the next novelties – two models of climate cabinets of the LIGHT series, designed for outdoor placement of telecommunication equipment and devices of the security or technological IP video surveillance system.
Outdoor thermal cabinets provide regular and uninterrupted operation of routers, switches, network video cameras in any, the most adverse environmental conditions:

temperature range from – 50C to +45C;
-
air humidity is up to 80%.
Climate cabinets correspond to the increased class of dust and moisture protection IP65, reliably protecting the equipment from any negative external factors. They allow you to connect IP video cameras and other network equipment to a fiber-optic network using Gigabit Ethernet technology.
The power supply of in-cabinet devices is organized via a standard copper multi-pair cable with PoE IEEE 802.3af/802.3at support. The climatic version corresponds to U2 GOST 15150-69.
Standard equipment of cabinets:

mounting panel with DIN rails, hermetic drives, automatic machines and terminals;

fiber-optic cross with four optical SC-ports, with CDZS sleeves, pigtails and adapters;
-
temperature stabilization subsystem, including thermostat, heater and fan;
-
uninterruptible power supply system with an output voltage of 48 volts DC (240 watts) with batteries with a capacity of 7-9 A/h;
-
additional options: industrial switch 8 ports 10/100/1000T PoE, lightning protection of Ethernet ports.
The cabinet housings are made on the basis of an all-welded metal structure and are insulated from the inside with a modern thermal insulation material "Penofol" with a thickness of 10 millimeters. Cable lines are inserted through a special hole in the base, closed with a removable plug. Inside the cabinets there is a galvanized mounting panel with two horizontal din rails.
The delivery package includes specialized brackets for wall mounting of cabinets. When installing a thermal cabinet on a support/pole, it is necessary to additionally order a mast mount QS-PM400-L.
Thermal cabinets are made of cold-rolled steel GOST 19904-90, with a thickness of at least 1.5 millimeters. All metal surfaces are covered with weather-resistant powder paint conforming to GOST 9.410-88, color RAL 7035.
