QTECH Video Surveillance Servers

QTECH develops and manufactures modern video servers designed for receiving, recording and storing video archives from network IP video cameras. Video traffic is transmitted over an IP network. The saved video information can be viewed locally from a monitor connected to the video surveillance server or a remote workplace.
When choosing a video server, you need to take into account a number of basic characteristics:
- number of connected video cameras/number of channels;
- the value of the video recording speed, frames/second;
- the capacity of the required video archive storage;
- recording mode options-continuous, from the motion sensor, according to the schedule;
- processor, number of cores, maximum performance;
- zoom option;
- video analytics – functions for recognizing faces, car numbers, passing through the border of an object, as well as identifying certain objects.
Network IP video cameras of all types are connected to video surveillance servers. It is possible to connect various sensors, readers, notification devices (sound and light). Management and monitoring are carried out locally/remotely, depending on the specifics of the organization of a particular video surveillance system.
The need for online processing of the video traffic stream from IP video cameras imposes a number of specific requirements for the functionality of the video server. After all, streaming video needs to be processed in real time using analytical algorithms, recorded, sent to the operator/administrator's workplace. The hardware performance should allow you to perform the entire amount of video data processing without delaying the use of the cache drive.

QSRV-VS-231204 – Supports recording up to 96 video cameras. It is possible to install twelve drives. The complete set of the second power supply unit increases the reliability of the equipment. The server has a shortened case with a depth of 500 mm.
QSRV-VS-260802RMC – designed for parallel operation of up to 128 IP cameras, Rackmount 2U form factor for 19-inch racks. You can install up to eight 8 hard drives. QSRV-VS-130404 – is a universal, cost-balanced and functional model designed for connecting up to 64 channels. Small dimensions with a height of 1U allow you to use the server in cabinets of any design. The package includes four hard drive bays with a total capacity of up to 64TB. The server has a shortened case with a depth of 500 mm.
